Patty Cake looks great on ALL SKIN TONES. Yet. it will look more pinkish-red, in color on lighter skin tones. 
This powder is both an acrylic powder and dip powder. *can be used in either process - acrylic or dip.
Available in 1oz size. 
Patty Cake DOES NOT need to be encased.
