How to use:

**Use over gel polish

1. Once you have polished your nail(s), with any color Gel Polish, top with Matte Topcoat, and cure.

2. Drip brush into water *only water-no other solution* , get a nice drop of water on your brush and drip/swirl into the Metallic Watercolor(s) of your choice, then apply to the (matte) nail.

3. Create any design you like, over-lap colors to create a blooming effect.

4. Top your nail/design with either Matte Topcoat, or No-Wipe Shiny Topcoat.
